Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Products are shipped with Royal Mail for UK deliveries and UPS for international. Please allow for 5-7 working days for delivery. During holiday breaks, your order could take 10-14 days for delivery.
SeaSoul & Snow promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 Days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Please note that all sales of Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered.
All returned items need to be returned in the condition they were sent out in order to gain a refund. Failing to do so a refund will not be approved. Should there be an error within your order, please return (we will cover return cost ) then upon receipt of items a refund will be issued.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All garments returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Please return items to

Please ensure your shipping information is correct as we can not take responsibility for items lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
We recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.
*Please note we do not refund postage on returns or exchanges. In the rare circumstance that a faulty item is received, please keep hold of your receipt & we will of course refund postage.
